Women in League Round Club Highlights

Welcome to Harvey Norman Women in League Round Week!
This year we’re celebrating the women playing crucial roles at every level of the Rugby League community. There are a number of women across NRL Clubs that have had a substantial impact on the the game and continue to build towards a strong future.
Renee Tatana

Humble and hardworking, Renee Tatana is an invaluable asset to the Cronulla Sharks as Male Pathway Wellbeing & Education Coordinator. She plays a key role in supporting and guiding young athletes - many living away from home for the first time - as they progress through the Sharks Academy system.
Alongside her husband Kent, Renee also runs the ‘Sharks House’, providing accommodation and a nurturing home environment for juniors who’ve relocated from overseas or interstate to chase their NRL dreams.
A passionate advocate for culture and inclusion, Renee was instrumental in establishing the club’s inaugural Cultural Season Launch earlier this year. Always friendly, generous and willing to assist, her impact on the Sharks community runs deep.
Tammy Quirke

Tammy is the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys Wellbeing and Education Manager for NRLW and Elite Pathways, nominated as a Women in League role model for her selfless work ethic and providing strong pathways for female players in the North.
Tammy has set a strong focus on culture and care for the playing group and staff, creating an environment where players want to learn, compete and build lasting relationships as a team. Tammy has had a tremendous impact on women’s rugby league, extending her expertise into her role as manager of the Queensland Maroons Women’s State of Origin team.
Christine Gwynne

Affectionately known as ‘Aunty Chrissy’, is the female Pathways Education and Well-Being Manager and plays a key role in ensuring the holistic development of young players, supporting their educational and personal growth.
Lisa Annand

Lisa Annand serves as the Club’s Medical Administrator and is an integral member of the Football Department. In her role, she is responsible for coordinating the club's medical operations, ensuring that players receive timely and effective healthcare support. Her work is essential to maintaining player health and readiness throughout the NRL season.
Lisa's contributions are critical to upholding the Club's commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
Courtney Camenzuli

Courtney is a valuable member of the Panthers Commercial Team and has a club first attitude to everything she does. She has been part of the Panthers team for 3 years.
Across that time Courtney has had a number of career highlights, however interviewing Dylan Edwards at a Members Training Session is at the forefront of the many great moments during her time at the club.
Caitlin Stringer

Caitlin Stringer is the Head Coach of the Play Her Way program at Souths Cares and the South Sydney Rabbitohs, where she leads tailored training sessions to develop athletic performance, technical skills, and confidence in young female Rugby League players, with a focus on supporting young Indigenous athletes.
She also contributes to the Rabbitohs Pathways Program across NSW Cup, Jersey Flegg Cup, SG Ball Cup, and Harold Matthews Cup teams, and previously served as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Rabbitohs' under 16s Development Squad. Currently completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Technology Sydney, Caitlin also works with elite Olympic and Paralympic athletes as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at the New South Wales Institute of Sport (NSWIS).
A proud ambassador for women in sport, Caitlin consistently volunteers her time to the Rabbitohs' Pathways Program and has been nominated as the South Sydney Rabbitohs’ 2025 Women in League Ambassador.
Lisa Fiaola

Lisa Fiaola is the Raiders NRLW Wellbeing and Education Manager and has been with the club since the start of the club’s inaugural season in 2023.
As part of her role, Lisa is integral in helping players relocate to Canberra, as well as finding employment and study opportunities for them alongside their football commitments.
Lisa has previously represented both the Jillaroos and New South Wales in the Interstate Challenge in rugby league as well as playing for the Wallaroos and New South Wales Waratahs in rugby union.
The Lisa Fiaola Cup, the NSWRL under 17s girls competition, is also named in her honour. The Raiders had their first team in this competition in 2025 and they made the finals in their first season.
Kellie Pethybridge

Kellie began her career in Rugby League in 2007 as an Event Manager for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup held in Australia. Since then, she has contributed to the game at multiple levels, working with key governing bodies including the Australian Rugby League, NRL, NSWRL, and the Wests Tigers.
Over the years, Kellie has held roles across Game Day & Event Operations, Consumer Engagement, and now People & Culture, Community, and Strategic Projects. Her experience and unwavering commitment have been invaluable to the growth and success of the game.
At Manly, Kellie continues to demonstrate exceptional dedication to the club, tireless support for our staff, and a genuine passion for everything we do. She exemplifies the values that define us—loyalty, teamwork, and a drive for excellence both on and off the field.
Renee Cohen

Renee Cohen is the Titans’ general manager of community and game development and has been part of the club since it was founded in 2007.
Renee has overseen the growth of the club’s successful Leagueability program since its inception in 2018 – the initiative now offering almost 100 participants of all abilities, ages and genders the chance to play a version of the game with regular training and game days at Cbus Super Stadium.
She has also been part of the team to grow the Kinetic Titans Schools League, boasting 147 teams involving 2700 players across 35 schools on the Gold Coast. Nearly 1000 players in this competition are female which is just under 40 percent of the competition.
