Women in League Round - Executive Mentoring Program

The Women In League Round Executive Mentoring Program returns for its second year, pairing high-performing female employees (Club, State & NRL) with an executive mentor who will provide guidance, share valuable knowledge and insight, and offer the support needed to help them navigate and advance their careers.
The program plays a pivotal role in developing future female leaders and driving gender equity.
Program Overview:
- Mentees are matched with a mentor from the NRL’s partnership network based on their career goals, areas of interest, and professional backgrounds.
- Mentees and mentors get the opportunity to connect during Harvey Norman Women in League Round (Monday 5th – 11th May)
- Mentees will partake in a full-day workshop at RLC and spend time networking with a variety of NRL, State and Club personnel.
- Following this, the mentee and mentor will meet five times (either via Teams or face-to-face) for personalised mentoring sessions focused on gaining insight and knowledge in their area of interest, enhancing leadership skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Where possible mentees will be given the opportunity to attend meetings, workshops and other networking events alongside their mentor.
