The Dragons are determined to build on last week's win when they host the Cowboys in their final home game of the season.

St George Illawarra snapped a five-game losing streak to defeat the Warriors 26-18 and they are eager to keep the momentum building.

The Dragons remain a chance of playing finals football, but need to defeat North Queensland to keep their top-six hopes alive.

The Cowboys are firmly entrenched in the six despite suffering a 30-0 loss to the Roosters last weekend.

Home finals remain up for grabs and North Queensland are desperate to bounce back as they look to build momentum for the play offs.

Team News

Dragons: Lock Hannah Southwell is straight back into the starting side in her return from suspension in the only change to the team that defeated the Warriors. Southwell's return sees Trinity Tauaneai shift to the bench, with Ahlivia Ingram the other new face on the interchange. No changes in Friday's 24-hour update with Pia Tapsell, Grace Hamilton and Alice Gregory dropping out of the squad.

Cowboys: Abigail Roache has been named to return from a concussion suffered at training a couple of weeks ago, with the centre to replace Jakiya Whitfeld (shoulder). A big change in the halves, with Rosie Kelly named at halfback and Tahlulah Tillett moving to the reserves. Ebony Raftstrand-Smith is 18th player while Hailee-Jay Ormond-Maunsell also remained in the squad when it was trimmed on Friday.
