Sharks: A big boost for Cronulla with Tiana Penitani Gray set to return from a concussion that kept her out of last week's win over St George Illawarra. The skipper will slot straight back into the centres, with Grace-Lee Weekes shifting to 18th player. The Sharks have been dealt a blow, however, with hooker Quincy Dodd set to miss the clash with an ankle injury. Brooke Anderson shifts to dummy half, with Talei Holmes moving to lock and Jaydika Tafua returning from suspension in the back row. Caitlan Johnston-Green (knee/pregnancy) and Jada Taylor (knee) have both been listed in the reserves as they look to return from lengthy absences.
Titans: An ankle injury to Jaime Chapman has seen Lailani Montgomery step into the fullback role, while Taliah Fuimaono replaces the injured Pauline Piliae-Rasabale (hamstring) at five-eighth. The return of Jasmine Solia from suspension in the back row has triggered a minor forward pack reshuffle, with Takoda Thompson shifting to the bench. Georgia Hale has been named at lock, with Lily-Rose Kolc listed at hooker, but Karyn Murphy could opt for a late change as was the case last week. Niall Williams-Guthrie is listed in the reserves after making a successful return from a Lisfranc injury for the Tweed Seagulls in the BMD Premiership last week.

Broncos: Ali Brigginshaw will line up at halfback as she becomes the first player to play 50 NRLW games. A suspension to Brianna Clark has seen Keilee Joseph shift to prop, with Shalom Sauaso to start at lock. Reegan Hicks is the new face on the bench. Tara McGrath-West's return from a foot injury remains at least another week away.
Eels: A double boost for the Eels, with Kennedy Cherrington set to return from concussion and Boss Kapua (leg) set to play her first game of the season. The duo slot straight back into the starting side, with Paige Travis and Ryvrr-Lee Alo shifting to the interchange. Mia Middleton (facial injury) and Yasmine Baker (knee) have both been listed in the reserves as they look to return from injury.

Cowboys: No changes to the 17 that defeated the Eels last weekend, with Kirra Dibb and Tahlulah Tillett to again combine in the halves. Ricky Henry has named Hailee-Jay Ormond-Maunsell in the starting side with Essay Banu on the bench, as has been the case for the past four weeks. The pair have switched places on game day on each occasion and another late change is likely this Sunday. China Polata has been named in the extended squad after making a successful return from a knee injury in the BMD Premiership last week.
Bulldogs: Tayla Preston has been listed in the reserves and remains a chance of lining up on Sunday night after scans cleared the playmaker of a serious knee injury. Anneka Wilson has been named at halfback. Ash Quinlan has been selected at five-eighth as she manages a minor hamstring complaint. Holli Wheeler has earned an NRLW recall with Tegan Dymock ruled out for the season with a Lisfranc injury. Wilson's move to halfback has seen Ebony Prior named at hooker, while Alexis Tauaneai has been named 18th player as she looks to return from a hamstring injury.
