Raiders: Quite a few changes for the Raiders who will be looking to shake off a poor performance against the Sharks last week. Cheyelle Robins-Reti shifts from fullback to centres in place of Mackenzie Wiki, with Elise Simpson coming in at the back. Georgia Thomas returns as five-eighth replacing Sereana Naitokatoka, with Chante Temara returned to start at hooker in place of Emma Barnes who will miss the match due to concussion protocols. Lili Boyle in the new player on the bench. Amelia Pasikala is the new 18th player.
Eels: Only a slight tweak to the 17 with Breanna Eales again named to start with Tess McWilliams on the bench. However, they swapped roles last week and could again be a game-day switch. Co-captain Mahalia Murphy has been named as the 18th player as she looks to return from a hamstring injury.

Bulldogs: The loss of co-captain Angelina Teakaraanga-Katoa to suspension has triggered a reshuffle with Hope Millard coming in as starting prop for her debut. There have also been a few other changes, with Monica Tagoai the new centre, in for Simina Lokotui while Ebony Prior comes from the bench to start at dummy half. Shaniece Monschau has been promoted from the bench to start in the second row in place of Latisha Smythe. The two new faces on the interchange are debutants Anneka Wilson and Paea Uilou.
Dragons: Pia Tapsell has been named to start, moving Ahlivia Ingram to the bench in the only change to the 17 this week to face the Bulldogs. Bronte Wilson is the new 18th player in place of Jamilee McGregor, who has been named to play for St George in the Harvey Norman NSW Women's Premiership.

Sharks: With Kiwi representative centre Annessa Biddle sitting out this week with suspension, last week's 18th player Grace-Lee Weekes has been named to start. That is the only change to the 17, with Koreti Leilua the new replacement player.
Cowboys: No changes made to Ricky Henry's 17 to take on the Sharks, with the coach giving his team the chance to respond to a disappointing outing against the Knights. Half Tahlulah Tillett is the new 18th player, with Ana Malupo remaining in the extended squad.

Tigers: Only a couple changes as the Tigers hunt their first win of the season. Salma Nour returns to the line-up at hooker, shifting Pihuka Berryman-Duff back to the interchange bench. Amelia Huakau is also on the bench this week with Jade Fonua coming in at lock. Jessikah Reeves misses this week's game after suffering a head knock last week.
Titans: Fullback Jaime Chapman returns after missing last week's heavy loss to the Broncos with hamstring tightness. That is one of a host of changes to the side that will see last week's debutant Lily Patston shift back to the wing alongside Georgia Grey who also moves from centre, with Kayla Jackson making way and Jasmine Solia returning to her favoured second-row position. Sarina Masaga is the new centre this week. Lily Kolc will start at hooker with Taliah Fuimaono moving to the extended reserves. Sienna Lofipo will play lock in the place of skipper Georgia Hale (suspended), with Lauren Brown to take on the captaincy duties. Lailani Montgomery and Laikha Clarke are the new faces on the bench, with Ngatokotoru Arakua shifting to the reserves. Shaianne McGlone is the 18th player.

Broncos: Chelsea Lendarduzzi has been named to start at prop, with Bri Clark missing with an ankle injury suffered in the win over the Titans last week. Following the suspension of Reegan Hicks, there are two new faces on the bench, with Lauren Dam named to make her first appearance of 2025, alongside Tafito Lafaele. In good news for the club, co-captain Tamika Upton has been named at fullback, despite coming off early last week with a cork to her leg.
Roosters: Taina Naividi returns to the wing after missing last week due to concussion protocols. The Fiji flyer scored three tries in the opening round in an impressive display and comes in to replace last week's debutant Logan Fletcher. The only other change sees Eliza Lopamau come onto the bench, moving Taneisha Gray to the reserves.

Knights: Minimal changes for the Knights who bounced back with a strong win last week, with Tess Staines named on the wing in the place of Lilly-Ann White who has been listed in the extended reserves. The new 18th player for the match is Viena Tinao, with Joeli Morris remaining in the reserves.
Warriors: Coach Ron Griffiths has named an unchanged line-up for the third week in a row as he prepares to face his former club. Lock Latisha Albert-Jones has been a key performer in both the Warriors games so far, including last week's historic win, and will also be gearing up to play her former team where she won the 2023 premiership.
