The withdrawal or reduced usage of some of Fantasy's biggest names caused issues in Round 19, but if you got lucky with your POD selections then a good score remained well within reach.

Nicho Hynes returned to the No.1 spot he formerly had a part-time mortgage on, while a couple of lowly-owned players stood tall.

Here's a wrap of the Round 19 action from an NRL Fantasy perspective.

Round 19 Fantasy Winners

Guess who's back, back again, Nicho's back!

Former Fantasy superhero Nicho Hynes is a round-high scorer once again after mustering 93 in Cronulla's victory over the Dolphins to kick off Round 19.

Heroics from Hynes

Hynes scored a try with seven gone and another with six to go to once again sit atop the charts, in what has otherwise been a season in which he has fallen well down the pecking order as a Fantasy-relevant player.

Wests Tigers DPP Adam Doueihi followed on 85, after himself scoring a double against the Warriors, before gun CTR Herbie Farnworth who ended on 81, after he put together another mammoth performance for the Dolphins which yielded some big metrics.

Herbie Farnworth Try

With just 1.19 percent ownership, Dragons EDG Jaydn Su'A just scraped past Trent Loiero (1.91 percent ownership) and Jeremy Marshall-King (1.23 percent ownership) as the POD of the week, with his 80-point haul putting him ahead of Loiero's 77 and JMK's 76.

Eliesa Katoa added to what was a good week for the EDG position, with his 77 making him one of three players from the position to feature in the top 10 scorers.

Owners of popular Warrior Leka Halasima were rejoicing after his 66 which saw him crush a break even of 44 for the round.

Leka Halasima Try

A 64 for Nathan Cleary was a more than acceptable result for those who captained him this week, especially considering Terrell May, who was captained by over a third of all teams, only managed 54.

Round 19 Fantasy Losers

Another failed HIA for Brendan Piakura (5.85 percent ownership) saw his game end of two points, with the Broncos EDG, who has shown occasional glimpses of being Fantasy relevant in 2025, set to creep back down towards basement price now.

Young Warriors forward Jacob Laban was restricted to 15 minutes for a score of nine, while Panthers MID Luron Patea had a modest 11 in limited minutes as well.

It was a very quiet return to action for David Fifita, who managed just 11 points in 25 minutes for the Titans. A week on from his 59-point heroics, popular Wests Tigers cash down Tristan Hope received just 18 minutes and scored 13 in Auckland.
