Westpac NSW Blues coach Laurie Daley will head into the State of Origin decider on July 9 at Accor Stadium with the same starting side that went down to the Maroons in Game Two.
Daley's men won the opening game 18-6 in Brisbane before Queensland levelled the series with a 26-24 win in Perth.
The decider will be played in Sydney on Wednesday, July 9.
Chief playmakers Nathan Cleary (groin) and Jarome Luai (infection) have both been named to play as has winger Brian To'o (knee).
To'o has battled a hamstring complaint throughout the past month, however there was concern midway through the first half of Thursday's game against the Bulldogs when he received treatment for a knee injury.
The star winger had the joint strapped up and played out the remainder of the contest. He had ice on the knee after the game and now has nine days to prepare for the Origin decider.
Bulldogs flyer Jacob Kiraz has been named in the No.18 jumper, Panther Lindsay Smith at No.19 and Knights centre Bradman Best at No.20.
Dolphins young gun Isaiya Katoa, Titans outside back Brian Kelly, Eels forward Jack Williams and Sharks back-rower Teig Wilton have been added as training players.
The Blues will hold an open media day on Monday and take part in a Westpac State of Origin Clinic for junior Rugby League players affected by the recent floods on the mid-north coast, before relocating to their base in the Blue Mountains to prepare for the decider.
