Dolphins: Star fullback Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow is named to back up from Origin Two so Jake Averillo reverts to the centres and Max Feagai to the reserves. With Felise Kaufusi out suspended, Mark Nicholls starts the game in the front row and Harrison Graham is added to the bench. Young gun Isaiya Katoa will captain the side for the first time.
Knights: Dom Young is back at the club where he scored 43 tries in 51 games before spending two years at the Roosters. The backline is also boosted by the return of Bradman Best (hamstring) while Kalyn Ponga has been named to back up from Origin so Fletcher Sharpe goes back to five-eighth having recovered from a calf injury that sidelined him last week. Tyson Frizell (concussion) is back so Brodie Jones goes to the bench. Jack Hetherington is listed among the reserves as he chases a return from a shoulder injury. Young's return sees James Schiller move to 18th man while Fletcher Hunt, Kyle McCarthy and Jackson Hastings have dropped to the reserves.

Rabbitohs: A boost for the Bunnies with gun fullback Latrell Mitchell named to back up from Origin and skipper Cody Walker (groin) and centre Campbell Graham (back spasms) listed among the reserves as they look to return from injury. Star forward Keaon Koloamatangi is also listed among the reserves but seems unlikely to play given he suffered a suspected facial fracture agianst the Bulldogs. Davvy Moale moves into the starting side and Sean Keppie joins the bench. With Jayden Sullivan (calf) sidelined, Englishman Lewis Dodd comes in at halfback for his fourth game of the season.
Storm: The club's Origin contingent of Cameron Munster, Harry Grant, Trent Loiero, Xavier Coates and Stefano Utoikamanu have all been named to play so the only change to the side that beat the Cowboys before the bye is Bronson Garlick joining the bench for Ativalu Lisati. Back-rower Alec MacDonald is listed among the reserves as he looks to return from a quad injury.

Roosters: Maroons reps Robert Toia and Lindsay Collins and Blues trio Connor Watson, Angus Crichton and Spencer Leniu have all been named to play should they come through Origin Two unscathed. Toia's return sees Mark Nawaqanitawase push out to the wing to fill the hole left by Dom Young's departure to the Knights. The shuffle up in the pack sees Siua Wong, Naufahu Whyte and Salesi Foketi retain their spots while Makahesi Makatoa and Taylor Losalu drop to the reserves while Victor Radley and Egan Butcher have entered the concussion protocols.
Cowboys: Centre Viliami Vailea's return from suspension pushes Braidon Burns to the reserves while back-rower John Bateman is also back from a one-game ban. Origin stars Tom Dearden, Reece Robson, Jeremiah Nanai and Reuben Cotter have all been named to back up but Jason Taumalolo is out with a recurrence of a calf injury. Harrison Edwards and Sam McIntyre go to the bench after starting last week so Kaiden Lahrs and Tom Duffy drop to the reserves.

Eels: The loss of halves Mitch Moses (calf) and Dylan Brown (suspended) sees Joash Papalii and Dean Hawkins take control in the six and seven. Zac Lomax will back up from Origin Two provided he comes through with a clean bill of health. Wiremu Greig has been added to the bench for his first NRL appearance since Round 24 last year.
Titans: Skipper Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and prop Moeaki Fotuaika have been named on the interchange bench as they look to back up from Origin Two on Wednesday night. Star forward David Fifita has been named 18th man and is set to return after ankle surgery last month. Centre Jojo Fifita returns from a hand injury in the centres so Brian Kelly makes way.
