Evolution, the world’s biggest provider of live casino solutions, has announced it reached a new agreement with Entain, one of the biggest online casino operators in the United Kingdom.

Under the terms of this deal, Evolution’s live dealer games will be featured on two of Entain’s online casino brands: Ladbrokes and Coral. In a second step of development of this partnership, the live casino content from Evolution will also reach Gala Casino and Gala Bingo.

All these online gambling brands will get to offer their customers the full suite of live casino games and game shows provided by Evolution, including very popular titles such as Crazy Time and Mega Ball.

Evolution already has a contract with Entain, providing some of their other casinos with live dealer games and also with video slots from NetEnt and Red Tiger, which were acquired by the Swedish company last year.

After signing the new deal, Gavin Hamilton, European Commercial Director at Evolution, revealed that his company has a keen interest in the United Kingdom market and added that his team was delighted to offer British customers their “latest gaming innovations”.

Earnings Boosted by Asia

Evolution recently released their financial results for the first quarter of 2021 and the total revenue was around 235 million euros, more than double what Evolution and NetEnt combined made in the same period of 2020.

Out of that revenue, 183.6 million came from live dealer games, while random number generator products brought in an additional 52.2 million euros. Asia was one of the main sources of growth for the business, bringing in around 160 million euros along with North America.

Evolution explained that the increased revenue and profit came from increased commission both from existing and new customers. The final profit total for the first quarter of 2021 was 132 million euros, which is 143.6% higher than the first quarter of 2020. Martin Carlesund, the Chief Executive Officer of Evolution, said that his company is “set to continue to capitalise on the growing interest in online casino world-wide.”
