The Chief Executive Officer of Authentic Gaming, the international supplier of live casino solutions, has explained in an interview that the demand for live dealer games is constantly growing and this segment is becoming more and more important for operators.
Jonas Delin, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Authentic Gaming, also underlined that creating and launching a live dealer game is very different to launching a fully digital table or card game.
“When executed well, live dealer games offer players an unrivaled level of interaction and fun,” Delin explained. The Authentic Gaming CEO added that for games like blackjack and roulette the live streaming component gives players “an enhanced level of trust” because they get to see and feel exactly what is going on.
That “real” feeling draws people to live dealer games and that is probably why the industry has seen constant growth when it comes to demand for live casino content. “In some markets, live dealer is around half of the overall iCasino market, while in others, it’s closer to 20%,” Delin revealed.
The CEO estimates that most markets should be somewhere between 20 and 50 percent when it comes to live casino contributions at the moment. “The demand is high for non-traditional table games – this is fuelling player penetration beyond blackjack, roulette and baccarat,” Delin added.
